housemate wanted in great home!
House mate wanted to share with two others. We are both creative, open-minded people with various day jobs. One is an environmental education student at LaTrobe, and the other works a number of different jobs. The house is a home and has a large living room, dining room, medium back yard (and vegie patch), large sunny verandah and a medium sized room (NO built in robes) waiting for the right person.
You could call our taste eclectic and varied with a variety of colours shapes and images decorating our walls. The location is in the CBD, a 5 minute walk from Marketplace, the train station, and a 15 minute ride to university. Sunny position and conveniently located.
We are looking for someone who is keen to become a part of the home and treat it as one. Also being a non-smoker will guarantee that you will get consideration, we have a lovely pet dog (Tom, after Tom Waits) who adds another bit of spark to the home. Finally the rent is $87 dollars per week + bond, shared bills, and internet if you want.
We\'d love to hear from you to see if we are compatible.
