Platinum membership is a loyalty program with a
benefits package designed for heavy users of BSA
services looking to save money on campus.
Why Should I Pay the Fee?
Besides making you eligible for a number of direct benefits, funds raised from Platinum membership boosts the ability for the Bendigo Student Association to provide services for all students including:
Student Representation so that current students remain responsible for management decisions that put the welfare of students first.
Independent Advice for students needing help to resolve issues with the university.
Activities and Entertainment including O-Week, Band Nights, Grad Party, Skills Development Sessions and Clubs & Societies.

I’m
a Full Fee paying International student, do I still have to pay the Fee?
Yes,
all students who wish to become a Platinum member must pay
the fee to enjoy the benefits.
What
about BSA membership?
Membership of the
BSA is free for all students whether you decide to become a Platinum member or
not.
It gives you the right to nominate or vote in
BSA elections for
board or other student rep positions. The membership
database helps BSA management in strategic planning
so that services remain relevant to LTUB students.
How do I become a Platinum Member?
Students can
pay their Platinum membership fee at the BSA Info Desk at any time throughout the year. A
Platinum membership card will then be issued and
a sticker applied to your Uni ID card that identifies
you as a Platinum member. Membership is valid
until the start of February in the following year.
I’m a staff
member, can I be a Platinum Member?
Yes you can. The
BSA recognizes that many of the benefits available
to students through membership should also be
available to University staff members. See you
in the mosh pit at the next gig!
