Off Campus Accommodation
Bendigo has a good diversity of accommodation available off campus including share houses, private board, rental properties and hostels. Generally speaking, accommodation off campus is less expensive than on-campus accommodation but you rarely get the convenience of the close location.
The Uni uses an online listing service called Study Stays to help you find the right accommodation for you.
Accommodation costs normally depend on the quality and type of property, distance from Uni and any included benefits. It's always a good idea to know your rights as a tenant before you sign a lease.
